Each file is uploaded exactly where it belongs on your website and logged to a report.
SetupCast automatically gathers information about your software release and generates the content needed to update your website.
This includes items such as Version Information, Release Date, File Download Sizes and any Release Notes you want to add. Accurate hyperlinks for each download are also generated.
This information is merged with simple templates which you control. Then files are generated from the content and uploaded to update your website.
Many developers release their software with more than one distribution method. This includes Full installer downloads, Web Based Installations and Web Updaters. SetupCast lets you add support for different types of installers at the click of a mouse.
Information for each installer type is gathered on an individual basis. You can also synchronize shared information such as Release Version, Release Date and Release Notes.
The data gathered can be merged into both individual and common HTML documents .
